Our Caving experiences will take you into unique subterranean worlds that are thousands of years old. Combine the thrill of negotiating this challenging underground environment with the fascinating discovery of evidence of prehistoric man that once sheltered here.

Caving can also be one of the most satisfying team experiences, with our qualified guide giving you the opportunity to build rapport and trust with your fellow cavers as you climb, crawl and abseil through this mysterious world of darkness.

As with most of our activities, we offer a choice of routes that can be tailored to your level of experience and desire for an adrenalin rush! You might choose a beginner route for example, near Marbella in the beautiful Sierra Blanca Mountains or a more demanding intermediate route in the La Tinaja limestone cave network in the Sierra de las Nieves.
